Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross
A TV series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross. He follows in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first portrayed him in the 1997 film Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 film sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in the 2012 film Alex Cross, which bombed at the box office and led Lionsgate to scrap the previously planned sequel Double Cross.
Every scene was dim and hazy
Story-wise, I loved this series and have been a fan of Aldis since the first episode of Leverage. My biggest complaint is the dark cinematography.
Not smoking either
Soon enough, I found myself distracted by the fog at times… where did it come from? Wildfires?
I would even say that I got heartburn at times
They can be out in the blue sky at noon and still find a way to make it look dim… like a permanent blackout or something. Aside from that, I don’t want to spoil the ending, but it kind of went off the rails and then I tried a little too hard to tie up all the loose ends…
